Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?+
Log in to your Swagzy account and open the Track Order page. Your orders and latest delivery status will appear automatically.
Where can I see my previous orders?+
You can view your order history from My Account → Orders.
Why is my tracking status not updated yet?+
Tracking becomes available after your shipment is created and the courier updates its status. New tracking updates may take some time to appear.
Returns & Exchange
How do I request a return or exchange?+
Open the Returns page while logged in. Select an eligible delivered order and continue from the order details page.
When does the return or exchange option become available?+
Return and exchange options become available after delivery. Final eligibility is checked before the request can be submitted.
Can I exchange my size?+
Eligible size exchanges are for the same product only. The product should be unused, unwashed and have its original tags intact.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?+
Submit the claim within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. A continuous, uncut unboxing video is required, starting with the sealed parcel and shipping label and continuing until the product is fully removed and the issue is visible. Photos may also be requested. Damage claims are reviewed before approval.

Are Swagzy T-shirts oversized?+
Swagzy oversized styles are intentionally designed with a wider, relaxed streetwear fit. Always check the measurements shown for the individual product before ordering.
Payments & Shipping
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
COD is available on eligible orders. Available payment options are shown during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders as shown on the Swagzy storefront. Any applicable shipping charges or options will be shown before you complete checkout.
